When you allow the bad to win.

Every individual is different , in terms of personality and looks - or perhaps something more than that which one could never see. I always think that these differences is what make one so beautiful. Perhaps not flawless, but the flaws which one hate about themselves are still love by another which they will never understand why. I really love how people embraces each other's flaws as whole and appreciate them like they are perfect. This could be regard as true love, and not in the terms of romance only.

I think it takes a lot of courage for one to open up to tell another their own flaws. Well, I don't know about the others. But it takes me a lot of courage to tell other people my own weakness. Often, I only do that to those people I trust because I truly believe that as long as I accept their flaws , they will accept mine. As cruel as it sound , not all things in the world will be reciprocated.
And it will definitely be a dilemma for me to put the blame on myself for trusting someone too much to show them my weakness , or to blame the other for betraying my trust. I can't come into conclusion and find a balance in between these because I want to get over it, seeking for closures.

In the end, I think that it don't really matter because what is done is done.

I think it's more important for me to focus of being good myself , rather than getting all emotional over other people's bad intention. I never understand the satisfaction of one stealing other people's happiness. When it doesn't belong to you, it will never be yours. Even if it is yours , it will just be temporary.

When you allow the green-eyed monster in you to take over, you will never be happy. Because, you can never win - losing to yourself in the end, actually.

The Tea Republic.

At times, you just want to reverse your own routine and do something different. It's more than just difficult to reject the habit of the day , but you just want to be rebellious. As much as caffeine shapes my mood for the day, I decided to have tea on that particular day. It was way months back when ZhiWei is back for her summer break. We literally cling on each other every single day. It is true that it's the matter of priorities and no one is too busy for anyone.

Coffee break now turns into conversation over tea. It was hopelessly romantic that day because it was raining. lol.

We settled down at The Tea Republic at Bangsar Shopping Centre.

Alright, my best friend is pretty hot lol.

This shop is not exactly eye-catching, and really small. It took us sometime to spot the place and we are always lost reading directories.

The interior mainly features on white and the songs they play are slow. It's good - a different kind of comfortable.

Ceylon Breakfast Black Tea for me to play safe because I do not particularly have liking on what scent my tea would be. Black Tea is one of the most ordered ones on the menu regarding to them , thus it's my choice. The scent is just like English Breakfast Tea , but a little sweet when I indulge it. I thought it would be tasteless.

Coral Sunset for best friend since she wanted a fruit-based tea featuring peach, apple and mango. The fruit aroma is highlighted with floral scent of hibiscus. It was rather refreshing because it was clear. I know that the combination of fruit is a little unusual but it brings the whole point of choosing a fruit-based tea - sweetness.

As much I don't want to admit it, I ordered the rainbow cake due to the colours. I know that they are solely butter-based cakes with colourings but the layer of colours is so attractive that I need to order it. It was a choice of cake and sandwich - we had Rainbow cake and Egg Mayo Sandwich.

They also offered hearty portion of sandwiches with turkey ham fillings and different kinds of wraps. Other than rainbow cake, they have other choices of cakes which is vary based on their supplier.

I heard that their Victoria Sandwich is good. Tell me if it's delicious so I could return.

Mandatory girly instapicture .

And more pictures so that my post will look a little interesting ;

I'm pretty good at this , don't you think so? lol.

You just have the rhythm coordinate well when the photographer is your best friend, and vice versa. There is no room for being shy.

And more selfie of us ....without make up , lol.

I can't believe my face is this round four months back, oh god. I can't see my jawline anywhere !

We moved in because the rain start hitting on our faces and our chairs. It was really pathetic for us to desperately carry the things to move indoors , trying to save our tea.

It was a great day - a different kind of comfort , and a little romance because the rain was pouring heavily outside. lol.

I just need to.

So what is your choice - coffee or tea?

Feeka.

Back for more brunch place !

I never thought that I would run out of suggestion to friends whenever they want to head for brunch. I have been isolating myself for a little because of assignment dues. And, I am still not done with it yet.

Please drop me a message if you have awesome brunch place to share :)

I head to KL for Feeka which is located at Jalan Mesui. I heard that they serve pretty awesome food for brunch and also, they are pretty famous among the tourist for breakfast and coffee. When tourist like this place, I believe that it will meet up to expectations.

That's me and Jessica at the counter.

The purpose of having them up here , is to show you their idea of saving energy. I love how they use natural resources ( sunlight) instead of having their lamps on in the day. This definitely meet up to the expectation of reserving our mother Earth. A plus point for Feeka for having this thought and being a good example for everyone that steps in to Feeka.

Cakes on the deck , which are selling really fast.

We settled down with White Chocolate topped with nuts. I couldn't exactly remember the name but the cake was just fine. It was worth the rm12 I pay , but not the best I have tried. Perhaps the famous Lemon and Poppy Seed Cake , or Chocolate Tart would be a better choice.

Definitely love the choice of dark shade of table to make the coffee and cake stand out. The flower needs to be there to make it artistic. This is something insta-worthy, lol.

Latte at RM 10.

Cappucino at RM 10.

The coffee definitely meet up to expectations. I could say that, it is one of the best in town. I am not exaggerating because this is the first place I visited after I came back from Melbourne. You know how good the coffee is , over there. Every coffee I consumed basically suck after I am back from Melbourne, but the coffee in Feeka was good. Really good.

Beef Sandwich at RM18 .

One of the most recommended dish online, and I should say that it's really delicious. The portion is generous. The slices of sirloin is juicy and they have horseradish relish with swiss cheese which pairs up so perfectly. I thought it was just pink mayonnaise , but it's something healthier. The Roasted Rye Bread is crispy and fresh. Overall , it was a two thumbs up.

Brioche French Toast at RM16

I ordered this because I missed the french toast from Auction Rooms back in Melbourne. This is a cheating version compared to the one I had because they did not soak the french toast long enough so there are still white areas which is tasteless. The spiced pineapple and orange sauce was really yummy and I can assured that it's all homemade. I really loathe places that use canned or preserved food.

It's really unfair that I compared this to the ones in Melbourne. But if I haven't try those in Melbourne, this is overall okay. This is sweet based so if you prefer savoury food , this would be a no no.

Hi.

We couldn't fit them all in in a square so this is it.

I literally only have black , white and red in my wardrobe. I need more than three colours in life, lol.

till then.
